Supercross BMX Online Privacy Policy - Summary

This Online Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Supercross BMX and its Supercross BMX-branded affiliates (“Supercross BMX”) handle Personal Data provided to us on websites, mobile sites, mobile applications, and other digital services and products controlled by Supercross BMX that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Supercross BMX Sites”). Supercross BMX is the data controller for the processing of Personal Data under applicable law.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to Supercross BMX Sites that do not link to this Privacy Policy or to third-party websites to which the Supercross BMX Sites may link.

Supercross BMX collects the following types of information through the Supercross BMX Sites:
