Shannon Troglia, if you have been around BMX for a minute or two you know the name, the “Trog” of the old style infamous “Trog” Cages, part of the old Odyssey Factory BMX Race Team, 1/2 of the Rod and Wrex show, you pick which one.

In the Supercross Pits you can find Shannon bouncing back and forth between rider support, handing out stickers and getting ready for his next moto.

At home you will find him at the skatepark just as much as you will find him at the local track.
