2012 Supercross ENVY Weights

We have had a few people call and e-mail lately about the weights of the 2012 Supercross ENVY’s. We will be the first ones to tell you that every frame weight is going to vary. Depending upon how much weld rod is fed in to lay down the bead, there are a few grams difference on each weld. And then when you decide to I want Polish , or Anodize ( the lightest options ) or do I want a Powdercoat. Powdercoat can add 3-4 ounces or more to the frame. And if you want a multi stage or neon Powdercoat it adds more as you have to put down 2 or 3 coats of powdercoat.

So today, we have had a barrage of calls and e-mails wanting to know how the ENVY weighs out agains the competition for some reason, so we decided we will start posting up photos of each size ENVY and a gram weight. Keep checking back as we add up all the sizes and weights.

The first one we are posting up is a 2012 Supercross ENVY Expert in a 2-tone anodize. This frame weighs in at 990 grams.

Next up we have an ENVY Expert XL in Hot Pink Anodize it weighs in at 1090 grams

Now for the Powdercoat and Cruiser Fans, here is a Custom 2 coat Neon Orange Pro Cruiser at only 1445 Grams. That is 3lbs 3 ounces. With the 2 layers of Powdercoat.
